The Academy has an affiliated school in Rwanda, Africa, as well as two other academies, Academy of Hair Design in Springfield, Missouri and BeVelle Barber School in Austin, Texas. Academy of Hair Design class schedules have been designed to help our students develop productive salon habits and build businesses from the beginning of their education. A current (past 60 days) log book will also be kept in the book at the front desk. Also in the log book are all emergency procedures.Students and staff are briefed at least two times a year on proper emergency procedures. In the case of an emergency, the Academy will broadcast to all parts of the school any necessary emergency procedures. Staff do not share passwords with each other or with students.

We prepare students to pass the state exam, many states have a reciprocity process that allows licensed professionals to apply for a license in their states.
